These terms govern your use of bypatina.co and any order you place with Patina Co. By using this website or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell
We sell newly made wristwatches whose designs are drawn from the 1920s to the 1980s, each named after the year its design belongs to. They are not antiques, not second-hand, and not restored originals. We are an independent seller, not an authorised dealer, agent or repairer for any watch manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with any existing watch brand.
Descriptions and photographs
We photograph our watches ourselves and describe them as accurately as we can. Colours can shift slightly between screens, and small variations between individual watches are normal in any manufactured product. Where a listing mentions a decade, an era or a design influence, that is context about where the design comes from and is not a claim of age, provenance or historical origin.
Availability
We list what we hold. Stock of a particular year can run out, and we may withdraw or amend a listing at any time before we accept your order. If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will tell you and return your money in full.
Prices and orders
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax.
- Standard tracked delivery is included at no charge on every order, with no minimum. Paid delivery upgrades are added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
- We take reasonable care with pricing. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and return your money in full rather than supply at that price.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm despatch. Our earlier order acknowledgement is not acceptance.
- We may decline an order where the item is no longer available, where we cannot verify the payment or delivery address, or where we suspect fraud.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. See our Payment Policy for the methods we accept and how the process works.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Sending an item back is covered by our Return Policy. How and when money is returned to you is covered by our Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Using this website
You may browse, order and print pages for your own use. You may not copy our photographs or written descriptions for use elsewhere, resell access to the site, attempt to interfere with it or the servers it runs on, or remove any copyright notice. The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to us.
Accuracy
We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail on the site is complete or free of error at all times. Historical notes about a decade or a design are offered as context, not as certification.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Where we link to a website we do not operate, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information. Once you follow such a link, these terms stop applying.
